As of September 24th 2024th, the new Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Bus Parking has become active, and coach chauffeurs are no longer allowed to go inside to meet the passengers.
Here is how to ensure a smooth pickup:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Immigration: Pass through immigration.
- Baggage claim: Collect your baggage.
- Call the Chauffeur: After collecting baggage call the chauffeur.
- Exit via Customs: Proceed through customs.
- Follow Signs to Touring Coaches: Follow (yellow) signs directing you to touring coaches.
- Exit by café Rembrandt: Go through revolving door.
- Turn Right and Follow the Signs: Turn right and continue following the signs.
- Arrive at Touring Coaches: Continue straight ahead until you reach touring coaches.
The way passengers should proceed to arrive to the New AMS Schiphol Bus Parking.

- Call the Chauffeur After Grouping and Baggage Collection: Once passengers have fully grouped and collected their baggage, they need to call the chauffeur.
